Ricky Fang is Assistant General Manager for Universal Aviation China. He is an expert on business aviation operations to China and all areas of ground handling. Ricky, who holds a bachelor’s degree in Aviation English and Aviation Operations and Management from the Civil Aviation University of China, first worked with Universal in 2008 as an intern for the Summer Games and officially became a full-time team member in 2010.
